Key Responsibilities Prepare and process monthly journals and account reconciliations. Maintain the General Ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Manage and support VAT calculations, submissions, and compliance requirements. Assist with tax-related calculations and submissions. Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with accounting standards and company policies. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances. Assist with auditing requirements and provide supporting documentation when required. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls. Qualifications & Experience BCom Accounting or related Finance Degree. Completed or studying towards SAIPA or SAICA Articles. 0 to 2 years' accounting experience. Strong understanding of General Ledger, journals, VAT, tax, and financial statement preparation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with MDA or MRI systems will be advantageous. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
