Are you an experienced integration specialist with a passion for connecting business-critical systems? Our client is on the hunt for a WebMethods Developer to join their team and play a key role in delivering secure, reliable, and high-performance enterprise integrations. In this role, the ideal candidate will design, develop, and support complex data exchange solutions that enable seamless communication between internal platforms and external business partners. Working closely with the ESB Solution Manager, you will leverage your expertise in webMethods to ensure operational, customer, and financial data flows efficiently across the organization. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using webMethods technology. Support and enhance Master Data Management (MDM) processes and integrations. Manage customer EDI integrations and data exchange workflows. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration services to ensure maximum uptime and performance. Contribute to 360° monitoring and supervision of integration environments. Support Business Intelligence initiatives by enabling reliable data movement and accessibility. Develop and maintain integrations with CRM platforms and other enterprise applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions. Ensure adherence to integration standards, best practices, and governance requirements. Essential Skills, Requirements, & Qualifications: Master's Degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in software development or systems integration. Proven experience delivering multiple projects using webMethods technologies. Strong understanding of enterprise application integration, EDI, APIs, and data exchange architectures. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
