AI Integration: Apply AI techniques to optimize business processes and enhance decision-making. Train and deploy machine learning models to automate routine tasks and improve overall performance. Monitor AI systems and fine-tune algorithms to achieve better results. Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand processes and identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate automated solutions seamlessly. Communicate automation strategies and results effectively to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to existing automated processes for greater efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in automation and AI. Participate in continuous learning and development to expand automation skills and knowledge. System Support: Provide system support, including software updates, patching, testing, and problem-solving for automation tools. Ensure all automation systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly. Troubleshoot issues related to automation scripts and tools promptly. Job Experience and Skills Required: Professional experience and/or academic background in automation, information technology, computer science, or a related field. Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements in automated systems. Up to date with industry trends, automation tools, and best practices, especially in AI and emerging technologies. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills specific to automation scripts and tools.
