Supervise staff and drive performance to manage collections matters efficiently. Oversee foreclosures, VAF, and debt collections matters. Review legal documentation and court-related documents. Monitor departmental workflows, deadlines, and outstanding matters. Provide legal guidance on complex collections and litigation cases. Stakeholder relationship with Financial institutes Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements. Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal policies. Manage escalated and complex collections cases. Provide regular reports on departmental performance and key matters.
