DBN000368 - Internal Sales & Customer Service Specialist - Kliprivier Purpose of the Job: Manage customer sales and orders while working with internal teams to ensure orders are completed and delivered on time. Required Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) required 3–5 years’ internal sales experience, preferably in the steel or manufacturing sector Technical Competencies & Experience: Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery. Prepare quotations, orders and production instructions. Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Finance and suppliers. Track orders and keep customers updated on progress and delivery. Follow up on quotations and identify sales opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and systems. Resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfilment. Assist with stock control and reporting. Behavioral Competencies: Strong customer service and relationship building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proactive and results-driven. Attention to detail Adaptable team player who works well under pressure and takes ownership.
