Job & Company Description: A leading organisation within the logistics environment is looking for an experienced Business Solutions Specialist to join its Johannesburg East operation. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, analytics and commercial strategy . The successful candidate will analyse operational and business challenges, develop data-driven recommendations and take ownership of projects aimed at improving efficiency and overall business performance. Beyond analytics, the role requires someone who can confidently engage stakeholders, contribute to commercial strategy and contract negotiations , and translate technical findings into solutions that make commercial sense. Education: BEng Industrial Engineering or MEng Industrial Engineering Job Experience & Skills Required: 5–7 years' experience within Business Solutions, Industrial Engineering, Operational Optimisation or a related environment Strong project management capability Experience conducting data analysis and developing business solution recommendations Proven exposure to operational optimisation and process improvement Strong commercial and business-impact orientation Experience contributing to contract negotiations and commercial strategy implementation Advanced Power BI capability Exposure to and understanding of AI software/tools Technology- and systems-driven mindset Strong analytical and solution-development capability Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong stakeholder and people-management skills Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable taking ownership of complex business problems Industry exposure is open Apply now!
