DBN000370 - Group Financial Manager - Constantia Purpose of the Job: To oversee the Group’s financial operations, reporting, controls, and stakeholder relationships. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA(SA) advantageous. Strong knowledge of SARS compliance and tax submissions, including EMP201, EMP501, and VAT201 . Technical Competencies & Experience: Prepare annual financial statements and monthly management reports. Oversee invoicing, debtors, creditors, payroll, and cash flow. Manage financial systems, processes, controls, and intercompany reconciliations. Ensure SARS and accounting compliance, including tax submissions and audits. Maintain fixed asset records and liaise with IT providers on financial systems. Behavioral Competencies: Strong organisational skills. Attention to detail.
