Solar Operations and Shop Manager Nelspruit/Mbombela, Mpumalanga R 25 000 - R 30 000 CTC Per Month An established renewable energy and electrical solutions company is looking for an experienced Solar Operations and Shop Manager to join their team in Mbombela. Minimum requirements: Matric A relevant electrical, solar, technical or operations qualification will be advantageous 5 Years’ relevant experience in solar, electrical, technical retail, operations or a related environment Proven electrical experience, with an understanding of solar PV systems and electrical equipment Previous experience managing a shop, branch or operational environment Strong experience in stock control and inventory management Experience dealing with suppliers, purchasing, pricing, lead times, warranties and returns Proven experience supervising and leading a team Ability to provide customers with product selection, quotations and basic technical guidance Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, email and inventory/POS systems Experience with invoicing, ordering and reporting systems will be advantageous Valid Code B driver's licence and own reliable transport Fluent in English, both written and spoken Experience in the solar, battery storage or telecommunications backup power industry will be advantageous Experience within a small to medium-sized business environment will be advantageous Basic understanding of SHEQ and compliance within an electrical retail or warehouse environment Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za // MP009032 If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
