🚨 CAREER OPPORTUNITY | OPERATIONAL MANAGER – LESOTHO A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to take overall responsibility for the performance, growth and operational execution of its Lesotho business. This is a senior, hands-on leadership opportunity for a commercially driven leader with strong experience across FMCG, retail, wholesale, distribution or a complex multi-site environment . 🔹 Key Focus Areas - Overall business leadership and P&L accountability - Retail operations and commercial performance - Logistics, distribution and supply-chain management - B2B sales and business growth - Financial planning, budgeting and cost management - Customer experience and operational excellence - Leadership, talent development and team performance - Governance, risk and compliance - Cross-functional alignment across Finance, People, Buying, Marketing and Operations 🔹 What We're Looking For ✔ Relevant Bachelor's degree ✔ 10+ years' relevant business/operational management experience ✔ 5+ years in a senior leadership/general management role ✔ Proven P&L and budget accountability ✔ Experience managing a significant business unit, region or country operation ✔ Strong commercial and operational leadership capability ✔ Experience leading senior and middle-management teams ✔ Southern African/Lesotho experience would be advantageous We are looking for a visible, commercially minded and hands-on leader who can translate strategy into execution, drive sustainable growth and bring diverse functions together around common business objectives. 📍 Location: Lesotho 📌 Senior Management Level Interested?
