About this role
An established consulting engineering environment is seeking a skilled Resident Engineer to oversee the successful delivery of road infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead site teams, manage contractors, administer contracts, and ensure quality road construction delivery across rehabilitation and new road projects. You will act as the key link between the client, contractors, and design team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with specifications and contractual requirements. BEng, BSc or BTech in Civil Engineering Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist Minimum 5 years' experience as a Resident Engineer on road projects Strong experience in road construction, rehabilitation, earthworks, drainage infrastructure and pavement layers Strong knowledge of COLTO Experience administering GCC, FIDIC, and COTO-based contracts As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
