Requirements: Business Analysis / Information Systems / Business Management or a related qualification Business and systems analysis Data analysis and reporting Process analysis, mapping and improvement Requirements gathering and documentation ERP/business systems exposure Systems analysis and design SQL and database understanding Project management or project coordination Strong stakeholder engagement across different business functions Responsibilities: Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements. Engage with stakeholders across different business functions to understand business needs. Analyse existing business processes, systems and workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies. Develop process maps, workflows and business process documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and increased operational efficiency. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. Assist with the design, enhancement and implementation of business systems and solutions. Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support management decision-making. Work with ERP and other business systems to identify system improvements and optimisation opportunities. Use SQL and database queries to extract, validate and analyse business data. Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution. Coordinate with IT, business users, developers and external service providers where required. Support project planning, implementation and coordination of business and technology initiatives. Monitor implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes. Maintain accurate requirements, process, system and project documentation. Identify risks, dependencies and potential impacts associated with proposed business or system changes. Provide ongoing support to users and stakeholders during system and process changes. Ensure solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements and organisational standards.
