An established civil engineering consultancy is seeking a skilled Roads Material Technician to support the successful delivery of road infrastructure projects through materials testing, quality assurance, and laboratory management. This role offers excellent exposure to road construction projects while developing expertise in quality control, compliance, and pavement materials engineering. You will be responsible for conducting field and laboratory testing, assessing construction materials, monitoring compliance with specifications, and ensuring quality standards are upheld across project sites. National Diploma, BTech, or BSc in Civil Engineering 3–5 years' experience in roads construction material testing Experience in laboratory management and quality control Strong knowledge of soil sampling, Aggregate testing, Concrete testing and Asphalt testing Familiarity with COLTO and COTO specifications Understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
