Pro Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper who can work independently and manage multiple clients from source documentation through to final accounts. KEY REQUIREMENTS ✔ Accounting firm experience is essential ✔ Able to process financial information independently on Pastel from source to Final Trial Balance ✔ Preparation of Financial Statements ✔ Experience with eFiling , including: - VAT Returns - EMP201 Returns - IT12 / IT14 Returns - EMP501 Bi-Annual Returns ✔ Workmen’s Compensation returns ✔ Confident and professional communication with clients and SARS ✔ Fluent in Afrikaans ✔ Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail ✔ Production- and deadline-driven QUALIFICATION A relevant accounting qualification, or progress towards one, will be an advantage. Practical accounting firm experience is more important than formal qualifications. WHAT'S ON OFFER R10 000 – R12 000 per month Opportunity for salary growth based on consistent performance and production 10 working days’ annual leave, in addition to the annual closing period Study leave: 2 days per subject, maximum 10 days per year Sick leave in accordance with legislation
