HR Professional needed for a company in the Northam area To apply for this position MUST have the following requirements: Valid drivers license and own transport essential 5+ years' HR generalist experience Strong Employee Relations / Industrial Relations experience Practical experience with disciplinary and grievance processes Experience dealing with CCMA matters Good working knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and Skills Development legislation Mining / heavy industry / logistics / transport experience highly advantageous Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full HR function
