Site Manager - Mining We are seeking a Site Manager with experience overseeing health, safety, environmental and quality performance at a mining site in Mpumalanga. Site Manager - Mining Location: Mpumalanga Job Type: Permanent Job Summary: We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to take on a challenging role in the mining industry. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards, managing operations, overseeing human resources administration, and equipment management. Duties and Responsibilities: Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality: Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and standards Minimize risks in health, safety, environmental & quality areas Act as Confined Space Inspector and Emergency Coordinator Conduct Risk Assessments and Emergency Drills Investigate and report incidents Keep safety files updated Human Resources: Manage administrative tasks and processes Ensure workforce competence and motivation Facilitate training and development Operations: Communicate with team, suppliers, sub-contractors & customers Supervise day-to-day activities and inspections Maintain a clean and ordered workplace Update site management system Equipment: Control stock and equipment Manage maintenance procedures Diagnose equipment problems Undertake any other duties as required.
