We are looking for a detail oriented Group Financial Manager for a company within the construction industry based in the Parys area in the Free State. Requirements: BCom Accounting or similar degree Completed SAIPA or CIMA articles 10 years post article experience Previous Financial Management experience is essential Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong Analytical, problem solving and organisational Skills Ability to work with 10 Financial Team Members Sage Intacct (Advantageous) Ability to work under pressure Fluent in both Afrikaans and English Responsibilities: Accurate Group Reporting & Consolidation on a Monthly basis Work Closely with Senior Management and operational finance team. Budgeting & Forecasting Financial Analysis – Monitor Performance Trends, Track Standard Versus Actual Costs and Investigate Operational Variances across the Group Compliance – Company Structures and Yearly Compliance Project Costings and Variances in Project Budgeting Statutory Compliance (Income Tax, VAT & PAYE, Withholding Taxes) Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
