PROJECTS MANAGER – (FIRE AND SECURITY SYSTEMS) CAPE TOWN R25,000 – R30,000 per month We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to oversee fire and security system installations. The successful candidate will coordinate technical teams, contractors and suppliers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage installation projects from start to completion. Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans. Coordinate technicians, site supervisors, contractors and suppliers. Monitor progress, costs, quality and deadlines. Manage risks, delays and changes in project scope. Conduct site visits and attend project meetings. Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors. Maintain project documentation and progress reports. Ensure compliance with contracts, safety and technical standards. Resolve project challenges and escalate major risks. Requirements: Grade 12 with technical or business-related subjects. Relevant Project Management qualification preferred. At least two years’ relevant project management experience, or five years’ senior project management experience without a formal qualification. Experience in fire detection, fire suppression, security systems or technical installations. Valid driver’s license. SAQCC registration is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client-management ability. Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
