If you enjoy working across desktop support, systems administration, data centre operations, and Microsoft 365 environments, this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your technical skills within a stable and growing business Qualifications: Matric essential A+ and N+ certifications preferred Relevant IT Diploma advantageous Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Support or Systems Administration Strong desktop and hardware support experience Microsoft 365 administration experience Windows Server administration exposure Understanding of backup and restore processes Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle Experience with ticketing and asset management systems KPAs: Provide day to day desktop, hardware, and software support Manage Microsoft 365 accounts and user administration Assist with server deployments and production releases Monitor backups and perform restores when required Support internal applications and troubleshoot outages Maintain IT asset registers and technical documentation Coordinate with suppliers and data centre providers Apply now!
