As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full accounting function while ensuring the business maintains strong financial controls and reporting standards. Key Responsibilities: Managing the full financial and accounting function Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports Leading month-end and year-end close processes Managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow requirements Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies Liaising with auditors and managing annual audit processes Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Completed professional articles Proven experience managing the full accounting function , at least 5 to 6 years. Previous experience within a Financial Controller or similar finance leadership role Demonstrated experience managing and developing a finance team Apply now!
