Our client is a rapidly growing international travel and tourism group looking for a Junior Financial Accountant to join their expanding finance team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a Gauteng-based finance professional who is ready to gain broader exposure across international entities and develop beyond traditional transactional accounting. You'll be involved in multi-entity accounting, multi-currency reconciliations, month-end reporting, and full-function bookkeeping while working closely with senior finance professionals in a collaborative international environment. The role is well suited to someone who is analytical, self-motivated, and eager to grow their commercial accounting experience. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you should have: A completed BCom Degree in Accounting or Financial Management 1 to 3 years' commercial accounting experience Exposure to general ledger processing, reconciliations, AP, AR, and month-end reporting Experience with accounting systems such as Sage, Pastel, Xero, or QuickBooks , together with strong Microsoft Excel skills A proactive and independent approach with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment Key Responsibilities Manage general ledger transactions through to balance sheet level across multiple entities Perform bank, credit card, supplier, and debtor reconciliations, including multi-currency transactions Support month-end processes, trial balance reconciliations, and management reporting Manage accounts payable and receivable processes across international operating entities Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, strengthen controls, and increase efficiency through technology and automation Apply Now!
