Operations Lead Qualifications Matric / Senior Certificate Relevant qualification in warehousing Requirements Valid drivers license Must be computer literate. Must have understanding of basic business principles. SAP Business 1 experience is an added advantage Knowledge of Import and / Export processes is an added advantage. Duties Purchase order processing on behalf of Magna Tyres and related business partners. Sales Order processing and delivery planning for all AR customers. Stock management including Goods Receipting, Stock Transfer, Stock Count and Replenishment planning. Invoicing : managing the Invoice processes for both AP and AR Stock Import & Export: management and coordination for both AP and AR related transactions, coordinating with appointed customs clearance partners to ensure seamless movement. Transport coordination: including rate sourcing, delivery planning following up on all necessary documentation (Invoices and Delivery Notes). Warehouse Planning dispatch planning and coordination, space management. Additional Roles that may be required from time to time Assisting in an inside sales capacity for any calls made direct to the office including gathering customer information and quoting of customer. Assisting in occasional administrative duties that may be required. Other roles that may be required by the organisation from Time to time.
