Our client is looking for an experienced Plant Controller with strong Cost and Management Accounting expertise and proven experience within a plant or manufacturing environment. If you have a strong understanding of BOMs, WIP, budgeting and forecasting and enjoy working closely with operations, this could be your next career move. Minimum Requirements BComm Degree 5+ years’ relevant experience Cost & Management Accounting experience Previous plant/manufacturing experience Strong knowledge of BOM costing and WIP Strong Excel and financial analysis skills Key Responsibilities Manage plant cost and management accounting Analyse production costs, variances and performance Manage BOM costing and WIP Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports Provide financial insights to support operational decisions Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities Support month-end reporting and financial controls Key Skills & Competencies Strong cost and management accounting expertise Commercial and analytical mindset Excellent attention to detail Strong stakeholder management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced plant environment Apply Now!!
