The organisation provides professional security solutions to both residential and commercial clients, with a focus high standards and operational excellence. With an established presence in the market, the business has built a strong reputation within the communities it serves. This role is suited to someone with strong accounting experience who has progressed into a senior or supervisory capacity and is ready to take ownership of key financial functions. Minimum Requirements BComm Degree 5 years’ relevant accounting experience 2 years’ experience in a senior or supervisory capacity SAIPA or SAICA Articles advantageous Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting Good working knowledge of accounting principles, controls and reconciliations Strong Excel and accounting systems proficiency Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the financial accounting function Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Perform reconciliations, journals and general ledger reviews Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Analyse financial information and investigate variances Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting Assist with audit processes and statutory requirements Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy of financial information Provide financial insights and support to management Supervise and support junior accounting staff where required Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and supervisory capability Commercial awareness and sound financial judgement Apply Now!!
