About this role
Responsible for leading a product feature from concept through to production and ongoing support. This hands-on role combines product ownership, business analysis, delivery coordination, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, testing, and QA sign-off. Working closely with a small development team, the role gathers requirements, prioritises delivery, validates solutions, incorporates user feedback, and ensures successful feature adoption. Reporting to the CTO, the role supports delivery execution while aligning with the broader product roadmap, architecture, and technical strategy. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end delivery of a product feature, from requirements gathering through to production and ongoing support. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, and delivery plans. Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery priorities. Coordinate day-to-day team activities, sprint planning, progress tracking, and release preparation. Provide line management and delivery oversight for the assigned development team. Support the feature post-release, including incident management, defect resolution, and enhancement requests. Job Experience and skill required Bachelor degree and project or project development experience, or equivalent qualification and experience 3 years experience in a managerial, teal lead, product, project or delivery role Atleast 5 years in insurance / financial services knowledge Experience in product ownership, project coordination, Business Analysis, QA or Software delivery Apply now!
