We are seeking an experienced Java Team Lead to join a high-performing technology team focused on delivering enterprise-grade software solutions. Key Responsibilities Technical Delivery Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise web and mobile applications. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, solution design, estimation, development, testing, and deployment. Drive software quality through best practices, continuous integration, automation, and code reviews. Promote DevOps practices, including containerisation and automated deployment pipelines. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation and business value. Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions are delivered successfully. Team Leadership Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Mentor, coach, and support team members in their professional and technical growth. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead the implementation of development standards, best practices, and processes. Conduct regular performance discussions, feedback sessions, and career development conversations. Drive team engagement, motivation, and delivery excellence. Customer & Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Manage customer expectations and ensure successful project outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with security standards, governance requirements, and industry best practices. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer within an enterprise environment. Previous experience leading or coordinating software delivery teams. Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop technical talent. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and best practices. Experience designing and structuring software solutions within enterprise environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong customer-facing and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work effectively across multiple technologies and environments. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, attending the office approximately 2-3 days per week.
