Are you a newly qualified CA(SA) with 1–2 years of experience in Consulting, Corporate Finance or M&A, and looking to build your career in a high-performing corporate finance environment? My client is looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working on transactions, solving complex financial problems and engaging with clients and senior stakeholders. This opportunity will suit a CA(SA) who wants to develop their transaction experience while gaining broader exposure to corporate finance and strategic advisory work. Key Responsibilities Support corporate finance and M&A transactions from analysis through to execution. Perform financial analysis and research to support transaction-related decisions. Assist with financial modelling, valuations and transaction analysis. Prepare presentations, reports and other transaction documentation. Conduct industry, company and market research. Support due diligence and other transaction workstreams. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders throughout engagements. Job Experience and Skills Required CA(SA) qualification is essential and not negotiable. 1–2 years of relevant experience in Consulting, Corporate Finance or M&A. Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge. Exposure to financial modelling and valuations. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Commercially minded with an interest in corporate finance and transactions.
