This executive HR leadership role offers the opportunity to shape people strategy across multiple operations, drive organisational performance, and build a high-performance culture aligned to business objectives. 10+ years' senior HR leadership experience, including 5+ years at Group level Postgraduate HR qualification, MBA or Master's Degree preferred Mining sector experience essential; gold mining highly advantageous Proven track record of managing HR budgets, optimising workforce expenditure, controlling labour costs, and implementing people strategies that support operational efficiency and business performance. Proven experience managing HR across large, multi-site operations Strong KPI and Performance Management Framework implementation experience Organisational design, succession management, workforce planning, recruitment leadership, and scarce skills attraction and retention within multi-site mining operations.
