Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team responsible for application implementation, support, and system optimisation Drive project planning, demand management, prioritisation, and resource allocation Manage end-to-end software deployments, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities Oversee system enhancements, software evolution, bug resolution, and business continuity initiatives Gather and translate business requirements into technical and operational solutions Coordinate with vendors, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies Develop and deliver user training, support documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives Monitor system performance and ensure ongoing operational stability Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Degree in Business Information Systems or a related field Advantageous: Project Management Degree or formal Project Management qualification Experience: Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies and protocols Experience leading software implementation and business application projects Experience managing and mentoring teams in a technology or business systems environment Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Transport Management, or related industries advantageous Technical Skills: Business Application Support and Implementation Project Management and Delivery Requirements Gathering and Business Process Analysis Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) System Configuration, Testing, and User Training Advantageous: Freight Forwarding Business Applications Transport Management Systems (TMS) SQL Finance Systems and Reporting Additional Requirements: Strong leadership and people management abilities Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence Apply now!
