Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial reporting function and ensure compliance with reporting standards. Drive the design, implementation, and enhancement of internal controls and governance frameworks. Analyse pricing structures, margins, and profitability to support strategic decision-making. Partner closely with operational teams to improve business performance and financial outcomes. Deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimisation. Mentor and develop finance team members. Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification. 8-13 years post-articles experience. Strong financial reporting and technical accounting expertise. Proven experience managing and improving internal controls. Commercial exposure to pricing models, margin analysis, and profitability reporting. Operational finance experience within a complex business environment. Ability to partner with key stakeholders across the business. Apply now!
