About this role
Mix and accurately colour-match automotive and light industrial paints using computerised formulation systems in a high-volume environment. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience as a Paint Mixer / Colour Matcher Automotive paint mixing and colour matching essential Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems and binder systems Light industrial paint experience advantageous Experience with computerised paint formulation/mixing systems Excellent eye for colour and ability to accurately match customer samples Able to work accurately under pressure in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and as part of a team By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC’s clients and/or verification information suppliers.
