Scope for growth into a leadership/management role What You Bring: Relevant Bachelor DEGREE and Professional registration as a Quantity Surveyor Minimum 5-8+ years proven track record in building services and property development or infrastructure projects Leadership, commercial insight, and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Must be completely fluent in English and Afrikaans A proactive, results-driven mindset Previous experience in a similar role now at intermediate level with a passion to grow with the company into a senior role Living in Cape Town or prepared to relocate to Cape Town Must have own transport with valid driver's license, prepared to travel to construction sites as may be required Must be medically fit and willing to work on construction sites Remuneration Salary package is negotiable depending on qualifications, registrations, and post-qualification experience.
