Minimum Requirements Relevant networking or IT qualification 3 to 5 years’ experience in a networking or managed services support environment Strong hands-on knowledge of network support, troubleshooting and incident resolution Experience working within a service operations or managed services setting Ability to support network availability, performance and day-to-day operational stability Professional communication and a structured approach to service delivery Essential CCNA Enterprise, and a Cisco Fortinet NSE4 certification. Preferred qualifications include experience with NetScout, LogicMonitor, Prometheus, Grafana, managed services, and additional IT certifications such as CWNA, CWNP, and ITILv4.
