Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification in Information Technology or a related field 3 to 5 years’ experience in a network engineering or support environment Strong Microsoft network infrastructure support capability Solid understanding of network operations, troubleshooting and incident resolution Proven expertise across Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Linux, and SD-WAN environments, coupled with strong capabilities in incident resolution, network support, and technical documentation. Applicants should hold a relevant IT qualification (or equivalent industry experience), possess a Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA/PNCNSA) certification, and demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills. Exposure to enterprise networking, cybersecurity operations, and incident response activities will be highly beneficial.
