Warehouse General Worker (Picker) Location: JHB - Southern Suburbs (Orlando, Diepkloof, Devland, Dlamini, Mofolo, Zola, Naledi, Protea Glen, Dobsonville, and Jabavu) Contract Type: Temporary Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with loading and offloading goods, materials, and products. Pack, unpack, sort, and label products according to instructions. Move stock and materials to designated areas. Assist production and warehouse teams with daily operations. Conduct picking, packing, and stacking of stock where required. Check products for visible damage and report discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the workplace. Follow health and safety procedures and wear the required PPE. Assist with stock counting and basic inventory control. Handle materials and equipment carefully to prevent damage. Follow instructions from supervisors and meet daily production targets. Report damaged goods, unsafe conditions, or equipment faults to the supervisor. Skills and Requirements: Matric Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is advantageous.
