Our client in the packaging industry is looking for an External Sales Representative to join based in Johannesburg. REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 certificate; A degree in Sales, and Marketing, is advantages; At least 5 years of experience in packaging sales is a must, experience in rigid plastic packaging is a plus Experience with packaging in the Beauty and Healthcare segments will be an advantage Excellent command of Afrikaans and English; Must have an unendorsed valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively generating new business and bringing in new customers; Preparing and following up on quotes and customer inquiries; Managing, maintaining, and expanding existing customer relationships; Identifying commercial growth opportunities within existing accounts; Advising customers on suitable packaging solutions; Regularly visiting customers and prospects; Identifying market trends and product innovations; Representing the organization at trade shows and events; Preparing reports and overseeing commercial projects.
