Management Accountant | CA(SA) Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Engineering / Equipment / Commercial Services About the Opportunity A well-established organisation based in Kempton Park is looking for a Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) with strong post-article experience who is looking to take ownership of management accounting, financial analysis and commercial decision-making within a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and key business stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insights and supporting business performance through accurate reporting, analysis and financial planning Minimum Requirements CA(SA) qualification is essential Post-article experience is essential Experience in management accounting, financial reporting and analysis Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial information into actionable insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, equipment or commercial environment will be advantageous Key Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports Analyse financial performance, including budget vs actual variances Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making Monitor and analyse costs, profitability and operational performance Prepare financial models, reports and ad hoc management analysis Identify financial trends, risks and opportunities within the business Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve financial performance Assist with financial planning and forecasting Support month-end and year-end financial processes Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information Contribute to process improvements and finance optimisation initiatives Provide financial insights to senior management and other key stakeholders What We’re Looking For We are looking for a driven, analytical and commercially minded CA(SA) who can move beyond traditional reporting and add genuine value to the business.
