YARD FOREMAN Muldersvlei (Stellenbosch) - CPT R15,000–R20,000 p/m, depending on experience An established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Yard Foreman to oversee daily yard operations, stock control, dispatch activities and staff supervision. The successful candidate must be organised, reliable and capable of managing a busy yard environment while ensuring stock accuracy, efficient order preparation and safe working practices. Key Responsibilities Supervise yard staff, forklift operators and general workers. Oversee daily yard operations, loading and dispatch. Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time. Manage stock receiving, storage and movements. Conduct regular stock counts and year-end stocktakes. Investigate stock Minimum Requirements Matric discrepancies and minimise breakages. Maintain yard housekeeping, equipment and safety standards. Coordinate with sales, dispatch and transporters. Maintain accurate stock records and daily operational reports. / Grade 12. Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, yard or dispatch environment. At least 1 year of staff supervisory experience. Proven stock control and physical stocktaking experience. Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one within 3 months. Basic computer skills, including Excel and stock systems. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. Experience in building materials, bricks, paving or tiles advantageous. ERP system experience (Sage, SAP or similar) advantageous.
