Software Tester / SQA Shape quality in a hands-on testing role R 600 000 - R 850 000 per annum A strong opportunity for a Software Tester / SQA to join an established Information Technology environment where quality matters and testing has real visibility. Reporting to the CIO, this permanent role offers the chance to contribute to a professional QA function, work closely with experienced colleagues and add value across the software delivery lifecycle in a mid-career position that rewards sound judgement, attention to detail and a practical approach to quality assurance. Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification in software testing, information technology or a related field 3 to 5 years' experience in software testing or SQA Solid understanding of QA testing principles and test execution Experience identifying, documenting and tracking defects clearly Ability to work effectively within a structured testing environment Exposure to Information Technology projects and software delivery processes Strong SQL experience Strong knowledge of web technologies Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress)
