A growing transport operation is looking for a Fleet Controller who can bring strong control, sound judgement and hands-on fleet oversight to a busy, high-pressure environment. This role offers the chance to work with tracking and fleet management systems, support vehicle maintenance planning, coach drivers and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across 12-hour shifts. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys taking ownership in a commercial setting where precision, responsiveness and compliance really matter, particularly where precious metals are being transported and RTMS, road transport standards and health and safety discipline are part of the everyday rhythm. Relevant fleet, transport or logistics experience in a commercial environment 3+ years' experience in fleet control or a similar operational role Well versed in Mix telematics and C Track systems Strong driver management, driver coaching and fleet planning capability Vehicle maintenance coordination experience Good knowledge of RTMS, road transport management and the Health and Safety Act Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
