Bilnor Staffing Solutions' client is urgently seeking a Civil Construction Supervisor for a temp project in Uis, Namibia. To start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and scheduled timelines. This is a fixed-term, project-based opportunity suited to a hands-on construction professional with strong site supervision and leadership experience. Minimum Requirements 5–10 years' relevant civil construction site experience. Proven experience supervising civil construction activities. Strong knowledge of construction site operations and progress monitoring. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's licence. Valid passport. Willingness and ability to work on site in Uis, Namibia, for the duration of the contract. South African candidates willing to undertake a cross-border assignment are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on site. Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules. Coordinate site activities and personnel to maintain efficient workflow. Ensure construction work complies with project specifications and quality requirements. Maintain effective communication with project management, contractors and site teams. Identify and address site-related challenges and operational issues.
