Senior Citrus Packhouse Manager Nelspruit Market Related (Depending on experience) Our client in the citrus sector is looking for a Senior Citrus Packhouse Manager in Nelspruit area to join their team Minimum requirements: Grade 12 / Matric plus a relevant tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Agriculture, Business Management or a related field will be an advantage Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in fruit packing / packhouse operations, with proven management experience Proven experience managing and leading multiple packhouses or operational units will be an advantage Strong understanding of citrus and other fruit packing operations, including operational planning, labour utilisation, packing efficiency and throughput Strong financial understanding, including budget management, cost control and monitoring of operational expenses Experience with Power BI or similar management information systems will be an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational and financial information and implement corrective actions Knowledge and understanding of GlobalG.A.P., food safety, FSSC, SIZA, Health & Safety and other relevant compliance requirements Prepared to work long hours / overtime when operational requirements dictate Fluent in Afrikaans and English Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za // MP009115 If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
