Marketing Project Manager Are you an experienced Marketing Project Manager within a marketing or agency environment seeking a new opportunity with a fast-growing company? This role is suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to multiple projects, coordinating teams and ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple projects from initial planning through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and delivery plans across various client accounts. Coordinate campaign activities and ensure launches are aligned with business requirements and timelines. Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to manage incoming project requests and allocate work accordingly. Collaborate with department managers to address resource constraints and balance workloads across teams. Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders and senior management. Maintain project management systems, workflows and supporting documentation. Identify potential delays or delivery challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Review completed projects to identify opportunities to improve processes and overall delivery. Minimum Requirements Minimum 4 years' project management experience within a marketing, creative or agency environment. Experience managing multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com or Jira . Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Comfortable taking ownership of projects while working across different teams. Advantageous PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile project management certification.
