Oversee the Building Department, ensuring smooth operations, staff performance, sales targets, merchandising standards and excellent customer service. Requirements Matric or equivalent; a higher certificate or diploma advantageous Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role At least 3 years’ hardware industry experience, including Building Department experience Completed leadership training and service excellence induction Intermediate merchandising certificate Knowledge of product and stock management, returns and internal procedures Experience issuing disciplinary action and initiating disciplinary enquiries Dispute management and prevention training Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and email Strong communication, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC’s clients and/or verification information suppliers.
