Financial Controller | Up to R 1 200 000.00 per annum | Melrose Are you a commercially minded CA(SA) ready to step into a role where you can operate as a mini CFO? An exciting opportunity awaits a dynamic and strategic Financial Controller to take full financial ownership of a division within a well-established group in the travel and tourism industry. This is not your typical Financial Controller position! We're looking for a strong financial leader who can think strategically, influence business decisions and drive financial performance. 🔥 WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE EXCITING? - Act as the mini CFO for a division, partnering with senior leadership on key financial decisions. - Lead and mentor an experienced finance team, including 2 Financial Managers and a Senior Accountant . - Take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls. - Drive profitability, operational efficiencies and strategic financial planning. - Provide commercial insights that directly influence business growth. 🎯 WHAT YOU NEED: Qualified CA(SA). Minimum 5 years' post-articles experience. Proven experience managing senior finance professionals. Strong commercial acumen and strategic leadership capabilities.
