About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in the automotive aftermarket industry , to lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations across Africa, with proven team leadership and KPI management experience. Minimum requirements: 8–10 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or Operations Essential: Automotive Aftermarket industry experience Proven experience managing large teams Strong KPI and performance management experience Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving abilities ERP/SAP experience advantageous Relevant Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations qualification preferred Key Responsibilities: Oversee supply chain operations across Africa, including logistics, procurement, warehousing and inventory Lead and manage operational teams Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement Manage departmental KPIs and performance targets Ensure effective stock control and customer fulfilment Identify and resolve operational challenges Work closely with Sales, Finance and international stakeholders Drive cost efficiencies and operational performance Consultant: Cayla Hoffman - Dante Personnel East Rand Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
