Are you a bubbly, outgoing and target-driven sales professional with experience in the steel or metal industry? Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to manage the full sales process, from customer enquiries and quotations through to order completion and after-sales service. Minimum requirements: Key Responsibilities: Generate new business and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle walk-in, telephone and email enquiries. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Read and interpret technical drawings and prepare accurate quotations. Follow up on quotations and secure orders. Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12. Previous internal sales experience in the steel or metal industry is essential. Experience selling steel-related products or services. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong mathematical, communication and computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. AutoCAD experience will be advantageous.
