Property and Facilities Manager Location: Centurion, Gauteng Salary: R40 000 – R60 000 CTC per month Our client, a well-established Commercial Property Development Company , is seeking an experienced and proactive Property & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance and management of its commercial property developments. Minimum requirements: Grade 12 / Matric. Relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Management. Minimum 3 years' experience in Estate, Commercial Property or Operational Management. Proven experience managing contractors and service providers. Experience within commercial developments, office parks, mixed-use developments or sectional title schemes will be advantageous. Health & Safety qualification will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, financial management and organisational skills. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties and facilities. Manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water, fire and building systems. Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programmes. Manage cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management and general property services. Manage contractors and service providers, including quotations, SLAs and performance monitoring. Oversee refurbishment, maintenance and capital improvement projects. Monitor operational budgets, expenditure, contractor invoices and maintenance costs. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation, fire regulations and statutory requirements. Manage tenant relations, complaints and operational enquiries. Oversee security, access control, risk management and emergency procedures. Prepare monthly operational reports and attend management meetings. Ensure the effective management, operational efficiency and preservation of property assets.
