DBN000406 - Technology Procurement Specialist - La Mercy Purpose of the Job: To manage technology procurement, supplier relationships and cost-effective sourcing. Required Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, IT or a related field. 3–5 years' procurement experience, preferably in IT or technology. Experience sourcing technology products, hardware and software. Knowledge of procurement processes, systems and MS Office. Technical Competencies & Experience: Manage end-to-end IT procurement and sourcing. Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate contracts. Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance. Manage contracts, licences and renewals. Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure purchases meet business and technical needs. Process purchase orders and track deliveries. Maintain procurement records and documentation. Prepare reports and ensure procurement compliance. Behavioral Competencies: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Good commercial, financial and analytical skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, work independently and deliver results.
