Van Sheet Clerk – Welkom, Freestate An attractive FMCG opportunity awaits a detail-driven and passionate Van Sheet Clerk to join a great team dynamic at our Welkom depot. Reporting to the Depot Controller, you will play an important role in accurate van sheet processing, driver support, and daily administration within a fast-paced supply chain environment. Key responsibilities include: Processing driver van sheets and internal documents accurately and on time Supporting drivers with van sheet queries and maintaining good working relationships Completing driver and IDC reconciliations daily with accurate sign-off Reporting pricing differences promptly Scanning PODs, invoices, claims, and related documents on Capisol Matching claims to credit note numbers and ensuring records are correct Requirements: Matric, 1 year experience with accounting knowledge, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and Syspro and Excel proficiency.
