What we are looking for: A Product Manager who will have the opportunity to play an active part in building our next-generation line of products. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, customer-facing engineers, end-users, and clients to craft our next mobile product. Responsibilities: Understand users needs and how they interact with our products Work closely with sales and marketing teams to learn about product needs and sales strategies and align with the product plan, transform requirements and feature requests into product specifications Work with the design team to finalize product specifications into mockups. Coordinate with the engineering team on implementation details and timeline Analyze product usage and customer feedback to improve the product Publish new features and product release Laying out the strategic product roadmap Keeping feelers on customers, competitors, and the market to see where the product should be going Writing requirements documents for the next release, and socializing them with the organization Supporting the engineering build-out of the product, and sales efforts for the product. Overseeing and contributing to user documentation and training; outbound marketing; product support, and handling support escalations; including quality assurance and release management Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in product management Vast experience with mobile application development Strong UX/UI experience Experience with User engagement Experience with mobile application development Experience with Ed-tech clients - advantageous Excellent written and speaking communication skills in English
